Update and Commission Pricing
Hey all! I very rarely update my journal. I figure it's time for an update.
This has been a rough couple of years for us. We lost our dog, and two of our horses. We adopted Thunder as an 8 year old, and had 3 great years with him. I'm glad we were able to give him the home he deserved in his golden years.
Rags was worth his weight in gold. He was my 4H project when I was kid, went on to teach a lot of eager young girls how to ride as I leased him out while I was in college. He became my husband's horse after I got married. He was always a gentleman, a sweet boy and a little bit goofy. He lost his life after a short battle with cancer. He wa
Rising from the dead
Hey all! I've left my DA sitting almost untouched since 2013. I've decided to breathe some life back into it, because I'm at a point where I have some free time again.
I'll be clearing out a lot of my old stuff and uploading some new stuff, so be on the lookout. I'll also be leaving a lot of the groups I'm in, just to cut back on notifications. How many of my old friends are still around?

We only went an hour away from home and only for a long weekend, but it felt like a vacation and that's what counts! We went to Gettysburg to visit the battlefield and museums. My husband will be uploading some stock of the battlefields soon! We went horseback riding on the
JULY 15, 2012 -- COMMISSIONS
I have been making a lot of freebies lately and I really shouldn't. I love all of my DA fans and I have trouble saying no when someone asks me to make them something. However, I am a poor newly-wed, making a starting salary, and living on box maccaroni and cheese and leasing out my horse to make ends meet. (Student loans are a bitch!) As much as I want to, I can't afford to be spending 10 hours at a time making something for a stranger for free anymore. :(
So, here's the deal. If you've already asked me and I've already agreed to make you something for free, I'll stand by it. Otherwise, from now on, I will charge regular commission price for
